* INCA TRAIL - CAPAC ÑAN ANDINA

The Inca Trail or called the Capac Nan "was a pilgrimage route to Machu Picchu considered spiritual rather than commercial, for this tour included rituals to honor the mountains and glaciers on the route. The Inka Trail to Machu Picchu, is approximately 42 kilometers and takes 3 days of walking and the 4th is the visit to the sacred Inca citadel Machu Picchu. During the Inca , all walks of South leading to Cusco (which Quechua language means "navel of the world '), the pre-Columbian metropolis largest in South America, heir of a ancient cultural tradition.
Cusco is one of the greatest archaeological events of the story

This hike covers landscapes with breathtaking views from high mountains covered with snow to lush forest vegetation in the middle of which we find archaeological remains strategically built by the Incas.
The description of the route is as follows:

Day 1: 6:00
hotel pickup, to direct bus to km 82, after passing the control started the walk, along the Urubamba River, until the Llactapata important archeological site, where lunch. This first day we walk in total approximately 6 hours (approximately 13 miles), our first camp will be in Wuayllabamba.

Day 2:

Day 4: Machu Picchu
After breakfast, early morning start walking towards Puncu Inti (sun gate) the main entrance to the ancient Inca city of Machu Picchu. It will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From here we will have a panoramic view of the amazing city.
then descend to take a guided tour of Machu Picchu.
In the afternoon we will meet at 15. 30 to take the train back to Cusco.
Arrival in Cusco at about 21.00. Pickup from the station and transfer to hotel.

During this journey if you travel with a spiritual guide Andean traditional rituals are performed with coca leaves, a ceremony of offering to the earth, etc. Also with this pilgrimage our physical body and spirit are purified.
